Unlike the other popular place to go for them that begins with a McD and stood serving at 10:30am, JBox serves fast food breakfast all day. Even better is the fact their Bacon Egg Cheese Biscuits are far superior to the other place in that they are more flavorful and bigger in proportion.”

“A little on the spendy side, but well worth it. Friendly place, engaging staff, and great food. They cook your meal in front of you. Not too sure I liked the idea of them doing ours and another party who arrived after we ordered all at the same time. It was like they thought we were all together, even though we obviously weren't. I think it caused my son to get only part of his meal. The experience was fun and exciting nonetheless. Very clean place. (Yes, even the ceiling.) The cook even wrote "happy birthday" on the grill for a gentleman in the other party whose birthday was being celebrated. Will definitely be going back.”

“This is a hard one to rate. I honestly wanted to leave it with 2 stars. If not for the management and customer service I definitely would have. It seems to me they know who they are, and expect excellence in the service they provide. While that’s not what we received it was easy to identify the flaws and see that this place will be running smoothly in the future, specifically as us, the customers, better understand the process. With flashy street presence it’s hard not to notice this place. When you enter don’t expect to be greeted, just walk up front and find someone to add you to the list, it’ll be a very short wait. Unfortunately the serving staff is very under trained. While they were able to answer all our questions it took 45 minutes for our drinks to arrive, after our first round of meats. Additionally only half of our second order arrived after waiting for 30 minutes. Fortunately the manager took complete responsibility and rectified the situation. Also the owner(?) maybe GM, happen to ask about our experience as we left, he seemed attentive but intoxicated, but was able to explain plans to train the staff going forward. For now it’s a four star. I intend to revisit in a month or so and update this review. Hopefully not to a 2 star.”

“Great beer. Typical finds of hot dogs and pizza (lots of this in hazel del already). I wish they would differentiate themselves. Large space that can accommodate a good size group inside. You can sit and eat at a table or the wrap around bar while watching your favorite sports. You can also stand and drink as well. Large outdoor patio for warm summer days. Well behaved kids are allowed inside. Beers are available to go at $4 a piece. You can also join their beer mug club for $150 a year. First beer of night is $1.50 and job get a special mug. The only reason I rated 4 stars is because they do not have a happy hour at this location. You must visit their Main Street Vancouver location for happy hour at this time. Step in and give them a try. It’s a beautiful space. Music is typically alternative rock.”

“Great food. Staff is great about making salads right for my parents. Was a little disappointed a month or so ago. We ordered 2 sandwich and 2 salads. 1 gentleman started the order and the other finished. I don’t have a problem with that. As our order was being filled others came in. But it came time for the 1st guy to take his lunch break. He then proceeded to make his sandwich there in front of the other guest then leaves, as the 2nd gentleman finishes with our order. I felt like that was bad customer service. I can’t just forward my switchboard at a curtain time to take a break; the customers come first.,”
