“The food there is great. The person who greeted us and took our order was super nice and had a great attitude and sense of humor. The empanada was tasty. The cheese inside it was just like in those pizza commercials and the sauces that they make and give you with your food gives an exquisite flavoring with it. If you’re looking for a nice place with great ambience I recommend coming here and enjoying the food and music while your food comes. He even gave us a free drink.”

“A gym out in the middle of nowhere. The food was excellent the service was fantastic bilingual smiling and very clean restaurant. We were tired from a long journey and it was better than a regular fast food joint a little more expensive. But worth every penny find yourself at this restaurant if you end up out this way. “The wait for our food was sooooo LONG! The staff was friendly. Our food for 4 people arrived at 3 different times which is weird. My hubby enjoyed his burrito but the rest of the food was mehhh... the chips were stale and their "salsa" was very odd and looked like blended up beans and salsa. Overall I was disappointed!! If it wasn't for my hubby liking the burrito it would only be 1 star.”

“I have found ( by referral ) my new pizza place. Wow my friend was right, amazing pizza. I got the 18 inch asada and the pepperoni pies that filled all 8 people for our family dinner. Very fresh hand made and stretched dough that was so soft with a little crisp, so good. The people I talked to where vey friendly and helpful. I can't wait to go back and try other pizza's they have check out the menu in the pics I took. I really wish the had cheese bread cause that dough is great. Needless to say I recommend Mercy's for some great pizza. Oh ya look for the specials you get some good deals. Ok so the menu prices are a bit high but these are 15 and 18 inch pizza's most large pizza's are 14 inches and most family size pizza's are 16 inches. So there 15 inch is about the same as most family size or extra large and they have an 18 inch. So there prices are a bit more but you get more and the quality is where it really is at. One of the specials i had was a 15 in pepperoni for 7.99 crazy good. Mercy's thank you for letting me look around take so pictures this morning even though I was going to come back later to pick up the pizza's for my family dinner. It was very nice talking with the 2 people there for a bit. Tri Cities and beyond check this place out. Amazing”

“Went on a recommendation from hubs work friend. Glad we went, the Birria is quality meat, served on a crispy shell. The dipping sauce is like an au jus, more than some thicker, red chile purees I have had, but was very tasty. The green salsa is perfect! I had 3 tacos Adobada ( pork), with avocado added & green salsa on top. The meat was tender, nicely marinated, and the tortillas had a nice toasty caramelization on these tacos. Got an asada ( steak) burrito, had beans & was huge. Sodas were cold & refreshing. I would definetely come back for the birria & tacos. In the parking lot past the car wash on 20th after Supermex. In front of a Tanning/coffee shop.”

“Pretty standard pizza with standard pricing. If your are looking for a basic, decent pizza that's a slightly higher quality then a typical fast food chain, than this it. I got a large pizza which was a good size and a typical large size that most pizza places have. We also got a personal pizza which was slightly larger than most that size. It appears they make much larger pizzas but I did not order that for my small 3 person family. Would possibly eat again if I was in the area, but probably wouldn't go out of my way.”

However on the desserts: they look great and presentable, but the flavor can sometimes be a little lacking. This place is popular, so usually the wait time for placing your order, and receiving your order can take awhile. The salsa bar has some good options to add to your plate.”

“First time visiting here. I was really craving Huevos Rancheros so I stopped in with my fiancée for breakfast. (The attached photo in my review is of the Huevos Rancheros) My meal came as a plate along with the eggs it had a generous portion of spanish rice and beans. My fiancée had the omelet and pancake breakfast. The food and service here on this day were excellent. We will definitely be back to this authentic Mexican fare restaurant!”

The waitresses were attentive, and attractive. Prices were fair, but what kept me from giving that critical fifth star was the cleanliness of the establishment. It felt dirty, the floors were dirty, the bathrooms were DISGUSTING, and it let my mind wander as to what the sanitation standards are in the kitchen. “Really cozy place to be for coffee, how loud it gets in general makes it a bit harder to feel heard or hear questions. My coffee was delicious, and the snacks ever so tempting. The amount of items for sale for one product or item is a bit overwhelming before you get to the counter, but does get you thinking as a customer "do I get Starbucks enough to buy my own cup?". I'm not a fan personally of Starbucks, but they do have a nice business in this location.”
