Chico's pizza is just not my cup of tea. It's insanely greasy and the crust is floppy because of all the grease. I'm also not a fan of the cheese they use, it tastes vaguely processed. However, I think because of childhood nostalgia, my husband as well as locals absolutely love it. Which is why I gave it 3 stars, since it has a rabid fandom, but that definitely doesn't include me (I'd give it 1 star personally). If you love grease and heartburn one of the most popular pizzas here is the "Hochstatter Special". As you can see from my pictures, it is absolutely loaded in toppings, and will set you back like $38 for a giant size. Basically, if you aren't a local, be prepared for the pizza not to live up to the hype unless a loaded greasy pizza is your jam (which it might be, and this may end up your new favorite, who knows?). It seems to either be adored or hated, with very few in-between opinions. Heads up, it is super difficult to call in an order because the phone is always busy. And if you order in restaurant expect a 40-60 minute wait.

I just moved to the area and coworkers recommended I try chicos pizza. They absolutely hook you up with ALOT of toppings. Very rare I am satisfied by the quantity of pineapple on my pizza, but chicos covered the entire pizza and I loved it! If you do not like greasy pizza this is not the place for you, the crust was litterally dripping.Place was packed with people, but didn't feel crowded since it is such a large building. They told us it would be an hour wait, but pizza was ready way faster, about 20 minutes. The seating was hard and not too comfortable. My biggest complaint would be the music, they had it blaring so loud the speakers were crackling it sounded bad and made it an uncomfortable environment. Probably OK for partying but not so much for a meal with my wife.

I look forward to their taco pizza every year! Tuesday is definitely the best day to go, if you want a taco pizza. Drinks are included with the pizza in a cute 32oz pitcher. Made fresh to order and you can watch them make it. They are closed Sunday & Monday. You can call in orders also. So delicious, definitely worth stopping in. There are arcade games for the kids and tons of bench seating. You order your pizza at the first window then your drinks at the second window. Tv's to watch sports. Check them out if you can!
