I ordered sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken and chicken chow mein the first time, 2nd time was orange chicken and chicken chow mein. The food was made just right and you get a lot for what you pay which the prices are perfect compared to other places I've eaten and not just on the harbor. My kids absolutely loved it and they aren't big on Chinese food which shocked me and I'll definitely be ordering again.”

“I know some of the staff there are rude but there are some really good ones there that do amazing job and are friendly. I usually let the manager know or the head of subway know my experiences with some people there that are rude and they are so kind to either re-make my sandwich or give me a discount on my next purchase. It’s a small fishing town people here in Westport think it’s just a job and some work a lot harder to make ends meet and those ones are the nicest people. I only ran into about 3 rude people there and will always bring it up to the manager or the head of subway to let them know subway is what you make it if you don’t like the sub you got bring it to there attention or ask for the manager. I give this subway a 5 star for at-least understanding my issues and making up to me most subways won’t do that.”

“Always friendly, always fast and always fresh. Didn't do that on purpose, but it's true. We usually order carryout because of the carryout specials specifically, but there was only once that they messed up toppings. Unfortunately, we didn't realize it until we got home. I gave them a call and they had no problem fixing it right away! They delivered a hot and fresh pizza with the right toppings within about 20 minutes.”

“The female sandwich artist was awesome my roommate didn't know what he wanted and asked her opinion and she was so very helpful. If she sees this thank you! Update 2/16/20 4:35pm So very busy and these guys are functioning like a week oiled machine. My roommate works here now but I have to say I had my doubts but they are gone. Still smiling , this team is awesome. And they make it fun which is rare. Keep up the great work!! As for the John Smith review I know for a fact they change their gloves regularly, follow strict protocols for food anything if requested and as far as gluten allergies I've seen them do a complete wipe down and setup to prepare the person's food. I can only comment on what I have personally seen though.”
