DH Buffet

Food has been steadily getting better / fresher recently. Only Asian buffet in town so this is your choice in Oak Harbor but certainly not a bad one. Just don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed.

A girlfriend of mine has Sunday brunch here with her family regularly one day after a walk they invited me and so I joined them it was delicious, so delicious I returned this evening with three more friends, I invited them because I wanted them to experience this place we have nothing like it in Anacortes so why not.

We all four of us enjoyed the food tremendously, it has all types of Asian food, Sushi bar, Mongolian grill cook to order, as well your typical Chinese food, salad bar, fruit bar & desserts. All was so yummy! A must for those you like variety and want to try something new otherwise.

it’s hot, it’s delicious the price is right the service is great as well.

The place is clean, real clean and that’s important.

An all you can eat Chinese buffet with sushi for $15?... I had to check this place out. Service was great, the food... about what you’d expect from light warmed food that’s been sitting out for more than 5 minutes. The sushi selection was pretty limited but after I was done eating I did hear someone request a certain roll and the guy made it. They had shrimp prepared several different ways. I really liked the honey shrimp they had. They also had boiled crab legs but don’t know if that was a Friday night special or if it was there all the time. Either way, the legs went fast and weren’t stocked very well. Overall I was definitely full and thought the $15 price was on point for the food. I don’t think I’d pay more for it though.

We were seated immediately, our table and surrounding area were both clean. Buffet are was also very clean. Everything looked so good I didn't know where to start. Each plate I got a little bit of everything. Stuffed mushrooms, fried shrimp, the mussels were delicious. I did wait until I saw them put out fresh sushi because I'm not sure how long it had been sitting out when we got there. It was also really good. I think I almost ate a little bit of everything they had out. Although I did not have any desserts because I didn't leave any room! The y had a salad bar section also but I didn't try that either. Their staff picks up used plates promptly and are very nice.

The restaurant was clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was fresh and very good. We were all pretty impressed, considering we have only been to the Four Seasons in Burlington, by the same owner, which is also good. However, our group felt this one was better all around! Worth the extra drive.
