Seabolt's Smokehouse

My husband and I LOVE this place. Each time we go in for their cooked food, we buy a couple of pieces of smoked salmon and have a delicious picnic lunch later in the week. Their cod fish and chips is the best we have had and everyone who works here is super nice and friendly.

People whining about service need to pull on their big boy/big girl pants and learn how to use the words "excuse me, could I have ______?" Seriously, 90% of 1 star reviews I see for restaurants are from people who expect servers to be psychic. Grow up and ask if you want something, you should have learned that in Kindergarten.

Pictured is their crab mac and cheese which I just happened to snag today, as they only have it once in a while (it was this weekend's special). It's more of a locals food as you never know when they will have it, but let me just say, IT. IS. INCREDIBLE. Super rich and creamy, you can't eat a lot in one sitting, but it is one of those dishes that make your eyes roll back in your head because it is so good.

Excellent food every single time. Little pricey but not over the top. Service is hit or miss. Long wait times to be seated and even longer wait times for food (over 45 mins).
My waitress took my drink order and came back to tell me they are out of what I wanted to drink. She took my drink order a second time and came back again to tell me they are out of it as well. Service - 1 star

Absolutely impressed with how good this place was. 4 different meals and each one of them was great. One of the best fish tacos ever and the crab cake is what a crab cake should be. A must stop if you are in the area.

This place has perfect clam chowder. The bacon they cure here is perfect . The break fast is perfect. The salmon pate is the best.ever. I came to oak harbor about three years ago for some business and stopped here for launch and couldn’t wait to come back here again. My girlfriend and I came to go to the drive inn theater last night and stayed the night. In the morning we came here for breakfast and even the breakfast was really good. This place should be cloned on a massive scale.
