    I love supporting this business.
    1. The owner is a Coug
    2. He gives back to the community & they offer free classes to school age kids/schools.
    3. His cheese is amazing and the mac & cheese is delicious!

    An awesome place! It's really small but has a lot to different options. Was able to get my mac n cheese quickly.

    The Mac n cheese was really good. Has a little kick to it. Very rich in flavor

    This shop has grilled cheese, soups, Mac n cheese, and individual wedges of cheese. Very tasty!

    Well that was amazing (as expected) macaroni and cheese. Three of us were able to split the large size and everyone was able to get enough to tide us over from brunch to dinner. Service was quick and friendly. The macaroni was fresh and delicious. It was a bit challenging to find a table, but we managed. I was really glad to see free water cups at the counter between Beechers and the coffee shop - just a cup of water is all we needed.

    The cheese is amazing, but no one needs to tell you that. What is wasn't expecting was how good the coffee would be. Will definitely be going back.
