(February 8, 2022, 4:52 am)I support this shop because they are hard working worker. Nowadays business is hard to do but they manage it well. Foods & drinks are delicious especially the matcha ice creams and taiyaki. Matcha is very strong taste. Services not bad. I will come back again.

(February 3, 2022, 7:11 am)My server today was Danielle, she was so sweet and nice and made sure I got what I wanted! She was quick and professional. We chatted for a bit and she just made me feel welcomed. My drink was perfect! Thank you chamei matcha!!! Keep hiring people like that!

(December 20, 2021, 4:56 am)It's hip! It's popular! The matcha is good.... If you're willing to wait 15 min for a drink and close to 30 for ice cream. The drinks and desserts are genuinely great; it's just unending line of waiting that isn't cool. Two out of the three times I was here, I had to wait 25+ min for the dessert.
I would recommend to go on a quieter weekday or find a non-rush time to visit. Otherwise, I would take a pass and to come back another time instead.
