Evergreens Salad

Great salads, but the quantity of salad is low and variable every day. Sometimes i get 1/2 a bowl. They dont have chopping boards as well like many other locations which makes them slower and leas consists as well. Not at par with other evergreens in Seattle.

I have never in my life enjoyed salads as much as I have here. The next comparable best salad is the Pablo Picasso salad at oregano’s. But those aren’t available in the state of Washington or to my knowledge anywhere other than Arizona. The downtown locations cut your salad up greatly, they also make the salad up as well. I think the mixing is a great service that they provide. It’s probably under appreciated, because many many places don’t do it. For example, I always wish they would mix your food at chipotle.

Good and consistent quality food, a little more expensive than it's worth in my opinion but the food doesn't disappoint

Great salad...cannot justify the price. 14 dollars for a modest sized salad from a chain restaurant just isn't worth it. The greens were fresh and the flavors were solid, but it was too overdressed and not nearly enough chicken added. This chain won't last long with this pricing structure.
