Lot No. 3

Great causal location to grab a drink and or food. The restaurant is easy to locate from the street and there is free parking around the corner inside the building but space may be limited. You can have to have your ticket validated when you leave.

The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting with an upstairs section. The service was freindly, prompt and professional. Our drinks came without delay.

The menu has a good selection of typical resto-bar foods. Although I did not order anything from the menu, my guest's food arrived on time, looked well-presented with good portion size.

One observation I made walking in the restaurant and throughout our stay was a strong cooking smell (we were sitting at a table upstairs.) It was as if the exhaust from the kitchen was venting inside the restaurant. Not a huge thing, but my clothes and jacket has a strong "kitchen" smell the next day.

Anyway, Lot No. 3 is worth a visit, give it a try.

Visited this restaurant for brunch this past weekend and was very happy with the food! The veggie scramble was awesome! Our server was really lovely too .. the upper level was packed and she was looking after several tables including a few large groups and did her absolute best to make sure we had what we needed.

A fun place to get delicious drinks and food. The space has a industrial /modern aesthetic with huge windows to view the street. Wonderful ambiance. The food menu is eclectic but approachable. The bathrooms are clean with a institutional vibe.

We sat at the bar and had amazing cocktails. We had the chicken and waffles and a Cuban sandwich with salad, both delicious. The staff is friendly and engaging.

FYI They have an automatic 20% gratuity which I expect when in a larger party, but there was only 2 of us. Not a deal breaker, but surprising.

I celebrated my nomination last night in this great place. I am glad to say that it was a phenomenal evening and the venue was unquestionably the reason for the fruitful evening. The waiters helped in a lovely way, the cooking was yummy and my friends were so overjoyed. We shall definitely visit again for more celebrations. Thank you very much.

Taking up a small corner of Purple, Lot No. 3 is a great place for business drinks and apps. They will validate parking for up to 4 hours. Their beer and food menus are fairly small, but the choices are good to very good. I have never been disappointed.
