Food was good, there are items on the menus that they don't serve for lunch, but it is not clearly communicated, so I was a little sad.

But the food was good, so they got that going for them, which is nice

Fast casual, made-to-order counter service (think Japanese Mod Pizza) on cement floors, metal chairs and benches. Modest prices and portion sizes for students, families, lunch, or quick dinners. We've had bigger/tastier table service ramen and donburi elsewhere in Bellevue, but costing 50% more (plus tip). Perk: Sake, wine, and draft beer available, incl Sapporo on tap.

Super excited that this place is finally open! Solid example of spicy tonkatsu. Great value for the price. Looking forward to coming here often on my lunch break.

Super yummy! I had the Spicy Seafood ramen and it was really tasty... just wish they didn’t use so much msg. They do need to make some adjustments to the environment though. The cook probably need it cooler but the fans over the dining room are too much.
