    Joe is such a genuine guy and has an incredible passion for food. His middle eastern background is infused with American cuisine. This is a spot you guys cannot miss!!

    What a great, small, local cafe! I came here for a smoothie and, because everything was so affordable, I left with pastries and soup as well. Joe and his wife make everything from scratch, and if you have the time of day he’ll tell you stories about his family, the origin of each food, and he’ll top off your smoothie while you chat. Such a great experience, I’m so glad I tried something new!

    Great ownership! I think the change to fresh sandwiches is a wonderful idea. Delicious homemade soups and fresh juice bar makes Joe's Cafe a special place in Bellevue! This place deserves a try...

    I got the heartbeat juice which you could taste all the freshest ingredients. The beats and ginger were especially lovely. The lentel soup was hearty and full of flavor. I couldn't say no to one of their homemade desserts, and let me tell you - this is the baklava you have been looking for. Thank you Joe for curing my hangover and turning my day around 🙂

    Was looking for a healthy smoothie (no syrups / artificial sugars) and came across this gem. It’s clearly a family run shop with the sweetest folks working there! My smoothie was incredible (spinach, mango, banana, oat milk and honey). Definitely stop by to support this local shop! They are willing to customize any smoothie and make it how you like! Dairy free options as well :) will be back!
