    Fun and good food! Great waitress, very attentive. My only issue was that I couldn’t hear in there, very loud. But it is a big open space, nothing to cut out noise.

    We had a absolute blast on our first visit. We ordered a Berry Bliss Goblet and it was awesome. Had Chicken Parmesan for dinner and it came with one large piece of chicken and tons of spaghetti. It was more than I could eat. We got the cheesecake to go and ate it when we got home......it was fabulous!!!! Can't wait to go back. It is a little expensive but so worth it

    Had a reservation, but still waited 25 minutes to be seated with a half full restaurant. Service was fairly poor and I'll sum it up with saying my water glass was never refilled in the hour we were there.
    Atmosphere is a plus and the menu was good, lots of choices. The late seating at Sugar Factory made us late to a follow on activity which was disappointing. I want to come back, but not sure I will. Also, when a guest asks if you have a kids menu, say more than "we recommend the appetizer menu".
