Jersey Mike's Subs

Excellent location. I've met the owner which always seems to be on site talking with customers. Honestly I think this is the best Jersey Mike's location I've ever been to, and easily the best sandwich shop in Covington. The workers are very polite, work very fast and their sandwiches seem to come out better than the other Jersey Mike's locations I used to frequent. I have pretty much zero complaints. I usually like to leave some kind of constructive criticism for even my 5 stars and the only thing I can think of is that I think I'd like a better selection of fountain drinks. But that's not a big deal. This isn't enough to offset how great they've been.

Well worth the price. Fresh baked bread, generous portions of meat, cheese and veggies. Friendly staff. I even got a free "regular" sub for my birthday! (sign up required)

This was my first time trying Jersey Mike's at this location, and I have to say that I was pretty impressed by the customer service. It is always great to be acknowledged but not only that, the person that waited on me may have been the manager on duty she knows her stuff and the place was clean and everyone working was very happy. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 my meat for my big kahuna was cooked well in some places in others almost cooked and in some barely cooked. The older lady cooking should watch her temperatures when cooking. But because of that customer service I would go back but this time make sure it's well cooked through.

First and foremost... It's a sandwich shop. Clean shop and I do like how all meats and cheeses are cut right then when ordering. The gentleman I had helping me seemed to be a lead/shift manager-as he was working the line very efficient. The two other employees were not giving him the support he needed. The apologized to the customers and was very nice about it. The subs themselves are kinda messy, with really not a lot of flavor- very bland. My biggest issue with the sandwich I got was it was covered in a Oil and/or Vinegar? I think they are hoping it gives it some flavor and makes everything seem moist and fresh. As you can see by my fourth photo- they get carried away with it as it was everywhere and it took away from enjoying the sandwich like I thought I would. I needed to grab Mayo out of my fridge when I got home to give this a three star review. Would have been two if not.

Passing thru after a business meeting stopped in for on the run quick dinner. Never had a Jersey Mike's sub but had heard of them and was not let down. Really, really good sub and efficient and pleasant service. Would definitely stop by if in town again. BTW, get it Mike's Way!
