“Staff was really helpful and attentive. Food was a little strong in the average category, but we'll priced so if you're comparing to Azteca or something you know is similar this is a better bet for the dollar. The buffalo wings were not buffalo as much as mild honey wings and the ranch sauce wasn't any kind of ranch I've ever had before, but it was good enough I was able to finish it without complaint at least. The "Mexican" was exactly to standard so as mentioned, go for the price and less noise and people. The wait is better and overall if your expectations are not too high you'll be happy more than most places.”

“Red Robin has always been a favorite of my family (especially the kids). We have visited this particular restaurant many times. It took around 10 minutes for someone to welcome us and take our names to be seated. We were then given a way longer wait time than appeared necessary due to all the empty tables. Our waiter came right over once we were seated and was attentive at first. When the food came out the portions were EXTREMELY small. The "bottomless" fries were 4 or 5 on the side of the plate and the food was lukewarm. So we immediately had to order more, our requested refills were slow coming out. Other locations are much better but I don't think we will go to this location again due to their downward trend with customer service.”

“This restaurant is a mix, with some really good dishes and some that fall a little flat. If you follow the name and trust they are a Chinese restaurant then you'll do better. As an example, their fried rice is very good but their teriyaki is small overcooked bits of chicken in heavy sweet sauce, nothing like a traditional teriyaki place. Dumplings and vegan Chinese dishes are what you'd expect but anything they offer out of their wheelhouse is a little less than. So in the end go for the Chinese food and you'll be happy enough. The service is good and the prices are reasonable, so it's a pretty decent bet to add to your options as there aren't many in the area.”

“The employees were friendly and smile. The food is always a value and it's good enough to take place of breakfast, lunch, or dinner at home especially when you're in a rush and don't have time to cook. The restaurant is clean and the people are clean, the children look like they're having fun and in the playplace. I ordered the smokehouse burger combo and it was fresh, hot and steamy, tastes great. The fries were hot and crunchy and just enough salt. The drink is refreshing. I really liked it.”

“Amazing! We drove 45 min just to get to this one because they had a play place. We're not used to Seattle weather yet and my 1 and 3 yr old needed some out of the house fun without getting wet. This was perfect. The staff was absolutely incredible! Very attentive and helpful. The the food was so good. I love chick fil already but their food was especially fresh and tasty. The whole place was very clean and well taken care of. The play place and bathrooms as well as the dining area. Thanks for the wonderful experience!”

“This was my first time trying Jersey Mike's at this location, and I have to say that I was pretty impressed by the customer service. It is always great to be acknowledged but not only that, the person that waited on me may have been the manager on duty she knows her stuff and the place was clean and everyone working was very happy. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 my meat for my big kahuna was cooked well in some places in others almost cooked and in some barely cooked. The older lady cooking should watch her temperatures when cooking. But because of that customer service I would go back but this time make sure it's well cooked through.”

If they don't know it the get frustrated with the customer. Just take a little time to know the menu. “Met a friend for some drinks and food. I live the pizza here! Natalie was our bartender and she was fantastic! She's very good at her job. I also enjoy the music and the atmosphere in general. They have their own beers on tap, but they also offer the typical domestic and imports. They also have buckets, 9 different bucket options and different flavor options for some of them. I'll definitely be back!”

“We love this Taco Time. The food is always excellent, the staff is VERY friendly, the restaurant is always clean and it's layout is great. Overall this location is awesome. I think the only con I can think of is I believe it's this location that doesn't have any paper towels in the bathroom. It only has Dyson air dryers. This is great in theory. But when so many men don't wash their hands after using the urinal and touch the handle on the way out now I'm stuck touching a dirty bathroom handle because I don't have a paper towel to grab it with. Now I exit the bathroom with dirty hands and am expected to touch my food... Not very cleanly.”

“I have been to this Trapper's Sushi twice now and I have been very satisfied both times. I sat at the dining area last time but tried the "bar" area the first time. Both experiences were great. Great customer service and some of the best sushi I have had. There is usually a wait during busy times but not bad, I waited about 15 minutes for the bar area but it was worth it. I have recommended this location to several people and I continue to do the same.”

“This place has improved so much! New staff since last time, and they are so much nicer and more pleasant to deal with. Young lady called Alejandra took my order and was pleasant and courteous. Despite being very busy, my drink was ready in a few minutes. Good service. Plenty of parking right outside and within easy walking distance of many other stores and businesses. There is seating inside, or you can get your drink to go. Prices were average, but I have definitely been to more expensive places. I got a large customized drink for $9.17. So glad that this place has improved so much, and all it took were better staff.”
