Fantastic Starbucks team! Outstanding customer service every time I grab a coffee to go! They let me know about my Starbucks Rewards available to use, & made a suggestion to make my drink even more delicious! Every time I'm in Covington this is for sure my go-to place for coffee.

The gals are all friendly with smiles on their faces...even through the silly masks!so nice to be able to sit and talk with a friend inside while sipping our warm tea and coffee. Only two tables in the place way far apart...but hey! It's a start!!!! And we enjoyed it thoroughly!!!

Mobile order, quick accurate great tasting coffee. Friendly service. Bacon, Gouda sandwich is a favorite but is getting smaller with each visit - almost bite sized now. Starbucks please get something with more substance for that price.

Look, I don't like Starbucks anyways. I generally don't go here, but circumstances led me to this location for coffee today. It is a small little shop, 3 workers- which made for fast service. I had asked for a blended coffee, they made it hot the first time, but had no problem fixing their mistake when I pointed it out. If I liked Starbucks coffee I would go to this location just for the fast service and customer service.
