And it was clean and a good staff that was polite and attentive to my needs. I would like to see higher-end like just plain old hamburger or chicken instead of adding fillers and make it more cost-effective. Not all that into organic per se I would like to see less artificial colors and flavors and additives that are not healthy for our body on the menu”

“I've lived in Federal Way for a long time and I finally got around to trying out this hidden gem. The deli is a bit hidden as it's part of an industrial park that's filled with a lot of auto repair shops. I was originally here for a sandwich, but when I saw the daily specials, I decided to try that instead. I ordered the cabbage & sausage soup with the Russian eggs salad. The salad had a very tasty almost hollandaise dressing over steamed potatoes, lettuce, eggs, ham, & salami. It was a surprisingly filling lunch for a very reasonable price.”

It's so nice to be appreciated as a customer. Barbara and I talked like we were old friends, it was wonderful. My order was hot and the rabbit food on it was appealing and the burger was tasty. The wait is short for seating and pretty good for ordering and receiving food & drink. Good specials And a lower-cost menu as well! Very comfortable. “The place has a very eclectic interior, great service and lots of classic rock playing. There is a heavy preponderance towards head-banging rock, not my favorite, but oh well. The pizzas are all cooked in a wood fired brick oven. Ours came out over cooked, with a really crunchy crust. I have had much better brick oven pizza before, so I know it's possible to make. The sauce is OK, but missing garlic and oregano found in a classic red sauce. The location was very convenient, easy access parking, and great freeway access.”

He's such a great conversationalist, very considerate when making your food (other people slap ingredients together with no care as to evenly spreading them, etc.), and the portioning was great. Food, of course, was delicious. We don't have Quiznos where we live now, so it was nice to find one.
