“My mom brought me here; she is from Taiwan. This is one of the best bubble tea places that I have been to in the US. It is a larger space, so it is really nice to sit and have tea and snacks with friends. I highly recommend their taro milk tea, which is made with real taro pieces (as opposed to that shameful purple powder in other places), and their guava fruit tea which is hard to find, even at bubble tea places. There are lots of good snacks too. Try their custard cake, which is made fresh.”

“I’ve walked by or driven by this store SO many times, and today I Finally went inside. I bought about 5 different items, and they were ALL incredible! None of the items were too sweet, they were just right! It tasted like really quality ingredients, the items looked beautiful in the case, and the store was clean and uncluttered. I’m looking forward to another trip there next week!”

“Customer service is 6 out 5 stars (it's that great) very kind ppl work at this place. Meat is pretty fresh, a little more expensive than other places, but it's worth. They have sweet bread, fresh produce, spices and some alcoholic drinks as well, not mention that they sell delicious tamales and some ready to eat food. Love it!!”

“I think this place must have just closed down. When I call the number on their website, it rings four times, sounds like someone picks up, then it goes to a beep like an answering machine. It was a place I enjoyed going to in the past. Will keep stopping by just in case they are only temporarily closed, but things don’t look ideal for this place. Nothing in this mall really does anymore. Update: Just called mall information. They said they were only renovating, but will be closed until around the 25th of February, 2020.”

“This particular Shari's is mine and my friend's personal favorite. The staff are a hoot to chat and associate with. Bailey is the best server they've got in our opinion. The prices are fair and the food is always good. The pie selection, oh the pie selection. Only the best in the Northwest. Definitely worth taking a stop in and saying hi to Bailey. She works at night by the way.”
