    Ordered ahead of time, yet had to wait ten minutes in the drive-through line. Was upset for the slow service. However, the smiling apologetic barista who served my order with a free cookie as for making it right made me change my mind of leaving a negative review! I admire the store manager for training such a tremendous team!

    Orders were timely and delivered just fine, but a little sad about the portion for my venti frappuccino. The whipped cream didn’t reach the top and in fact sat very low in my cup. Right above the 3rd black line. I’m sure it’s just a simple mistake.

    Friendly people working and the store was clean!

    I either order though the app or go through the drive-thru. Either way, they are quick. My order is ready within about 5-10 minutes; even if they are a little busy. Nice, clean, and fast service.
