Tried black garlic ramen today. Lots of sides inside, soup tastes good! Highly recommend.
Decided to eat-in at the restaurant. There were clear signs to wear a mask, plenty of hand sanitizer, and they took our temperature before ordering. The Tonkotsu Ramen was delicious and it was presented beautifully. The fried squid was nice and crunchy. The staff were two awesome women who were preparing the food and taking orders. They were very sweet and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and come again.
Surprised to say, this place is pretty good! Had popcorn chicken and black garlic oil ramen. I'm pretty critical of ramen and this place is fairly good for the area.
The noodles are a bit overcooked and the ajitama (egg) is too hard, but their chashu (pork) was great and the broth flavorful. Good li'l joint!
If you love Ramen, then you will love Katsu Ramen. We were greeted with Welcomes as soon as we walked in. I had the Black oil garlic ramen (which is seriously the best I have EVER had), the hubby had Spicy Tonkatsu, Popcorn Chicken Bao and Thai tea with boba and red bean matcha latte. All amazing recommendations from the Manager Ally. We will drive an hour to dine here again. Very friendly service, amazing food
Just moved to Wa and taking baby steps to explore nice ramen places during covid times. This place was recommended by a friend and I went there. Spicy miso was not as flavorful as you expect from any good ramen place. Also tried mango smoothie which was just vanilla ice cream with small mango pieces that you can count. Not very impressed. Will give benefit of doubt and try one more time. Certainly not to put this place on must go place.
