Love their noodles soup. Their food deserve better reviews.
First thing, this is not japanese ramen, But Taiwanese noodle soup. If you are expecting ramen, you will be disappointed. If you want straight up noodle soup, this place will be decent.
Broth is a standard soup broth, noodles are better that top ramen, but a Japanese ramen restaurant has better noodles in my opinion. Pork was lacking flavor, and cut too thin... the beef shank was solid, and the meat to order here.
Got the braised beef shank noodle soup, the noodles were great (chewy) and the shank was perfectly cooked (so soft). The broth oddly reminds me of Taiwan's 7-11, I can't figure out why but it made me miss home (Taiwan)! The broth is also not oily but has plenty of flavor. Will definitely come back, probably the best beef noodle soup I've had in America.
To be clear this is NOT a Japanese Ramen restaurant. It is a Taiwanese style Ramen. Limited menu and seating at this place and it is counter service not table service. The food is fine, but may not give you a ramen fix if you're used to Japanese style ramen.
Nice small ramen place. Tried their Mala version - tasty, spicy, reminded me about Taipei's one. Beef ramen was good as well and very soft - good if you have sensitive stomach. They just opened, so don't be amused by some construction materials on site, it'll be gone soon.
