We love what Reunion is trying to do and we really enjoy d the Nasi Lemak with beef rendang. The Laksa special (my wife is a huge Laksa fan) we were disappointed in though - felt way too weak compared to what we were used to. Prices are high but that's too be expected given the location. If you're in the mood for some Malaysian food definitely try it out.
Fantastic food with such genuine and sincere service! Just passing by Seattle for a vacation and so glad to have stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant. From Singapore and missing the food from the region so much - this cozy cafe has helped me feel at home, even just for a meal! Loved all the dishes I ordered, including the Nasi Lemak, Nonya Laksa with a chock-full of ingredients and the Kaya Butter Waffles! Thank you so much!
Delicious homemade-like food, flavorful but tastes healthy. I walked into this place expecting waffles, coffee, sandwiches, etc and found everything I wanted and craved.
There are three versions of the Hainan chicken rice, Thai, Malaysia and Singapore. I like the Singapore version as the rice cooked with oil, the chicken skin is shiny, chicken oil is in gelatin form and between the skin and juicy meat. The one that I have here doesn't have the complicity and taste. The spare ribs also is blend.
