“While I loved that this place was open Thanksgiving day, the service was absolutely horrendous. I get it's a holiday which is why I'm saving a star but wow. It took 20 minutes after I placed my order to receive my 2 drinks. Which by the way were completely different than what I ordered but I refused to wait another 20 minutes for a simple iced caramel americano. So I'll give it a little leeway since it was a holiday but how can something so simple be ruined? Never coming back here again.”

“They have a good group there so I would really try to work with workers within reason of course because they really make your Starbucks and are so kind and personal.
