The Iron Duck Public House

The atmosphere and service were great. Overall the food was good, but the bread on my sandwich was not fresh... Like being out of the day-old bakery section. This was my first time there. That being said, I would try out this restaurant again.

Stopped in for some food on our way through town! Enjoyed a unique pizza and delicious burger and fries! Nice atmosphere to bring a group or sit off to the side and enjoy a date. Like this old part of town and the feel as opposed to the new part of town. This establishment helps keep that feel!

The restaurant has spectacular views and ambiance to match. The quality of the food has also improved significantly since it first opened. The sage french fries are astounding, and the house-infused cocktails are delightful. The steak sandwich and steak salad are perfect every time, but I recommend asking for no salt on the steak.

Excellent food and creative menu. I love that my chuck burger was prepared as I like - medium rare. Liked the dressing on my side salad. Nice selection of beer on tap. The bar area had barriers to access - all tall barstools, nowhere for a person in a wheelchair to comfortably socialize in the bar, and possibly difficult for those with balance problems or the elderly to be safely and comfortably seated. Would have been nice to have subtitles displayed on the televisions. Parking was difficult.

Duck on a pizza. Seriously. I could not have asked for more. However everything else was great too! Roaring fire, lodge decor, all the staff in flannel. It was a great dinning experience.
