Panera Bread

Our visit on a Friday morning was exceptional. The server named Magkita (not sure of spelling) was an excellent server! She was friendly, listened to orders with a smile, patient, helpful and then repeated our order while making eye contact. The staff on weekends could learn a great deal from this employee!

The service here is impeccable! I can’t describe the professionalism demonstrated by the manager Ryan, the other manager (short looks Hispanic don’t know his name) and a few of the servers/cashiers. I would call my order in and it’s waiting for me upon arrival (CORRECTLY) the smiles and the warm greetings goes a long way and I appreciate it! I give this Panera 10 stars. Please keep up the good work.

P.s. I love the vegan options (Ten Veggie soup/seasonal green salad and Mediterranean sandwich without the cheese! I recently became vegan. Please keep more choices coming!

I just gotta ask Did you run out of regular size silverware? Did someone raid their Grandma's China Cabinet for their serving silverware? Those spoons are freaking huge. I took a picture of how big that spoon was. Cause no one's gonna believe how big it was.

My daughter and I enjoyed a later light lunch at Panera Bread. We ordered just soups and split a bagel. The visit was very good, as is usual and expected. For meeting my expectations three stars are awarded. Had I been disappointed fewer stars would be earned, a pleasant surprise earns added stars.

Great customer service!!!!! Hadn't been to Panera in about 8 years and that was in California. And your Grain bowls are excellent I got one with chicken and one plain. The best thing I have eaten in a long time. I don't eat out much but you are my new place when I don't want to cook. Thank you.
