Subway

Love this joint. I went in for lunch today to order a Chicken Bacon Ranch melt (the best sandwich IMO) and saw the line was a bit longer than usual. Turns out, it was being held back by the absolute rudest customers I have ever seen. I'm surprised that they didn't try to run out without paying. However, the ladies behind the counter kept it professional and served them with a smile. They definitely deserve a raise. The owner is also easy on the eyes, which doesn't hurt. I just wish they still had the BBQ sauce.

Nice Subway, clean, good area. Sandwich barista was friendly and competent. Seattle is expensive. Anywhere you go here, they'll charge you almost $3 for a 20 oz bottle of soda pop. They have high sales taxes city & state, plus something called a sugary drink tax. Don't think we are smart enough to exercise our long gone freedom by actually deciding what we are going to drink with our meal without them providing financial I'll insentives to do what they think we should do.
