    Such friendly staff and servers! Cute pastel colored decorative space inside and they sell local honey!?? Their food and drinks were so yummy and I could tell it was made with love.
    I would go back here again for sure next time I'm in Seattle.

    Bebop waffle shop is a great representation of the west seattle vibe. Tasty waffles, yummy coffee, nice tap list, creative concoctions, and a staff that makes it all amazing. Come for the waffles, stay for the ambience.

    Bonus points for their excellent COVID protections

    I really enjoyed my visit at Bebop Waffle Shop! The staff is great as well as the drinks and food. This type of environment is what really makes this coffee shop stand out from others. Keep it Cori! You're the best.
