    Update to an old review: after a disappointing To Go veggie pho / overall experience last year, I decided to try New Leaf again. This week I've visited twice and ordered the beef combination pho, and it has honestly been wonderful. Sitting down for a meal here is a totally different experience, and I wanted to make sure my review properly reflects that.

    New Leaf is my favorite restaurant in Seattle. They are always kind, welcoming, and the food is consistently well priced, fresh and delicious. Its the only place I can really consider myself a regular and I plan to continue to be.

    I have been going to New Leaf Bistro for several years and I am never disappointed. The Pho is great and the staff too.

    Best soft tendon pho I've ever had! It wasn't on the menu, so it's a special request item. The pieces were large, creamy texture and in good quantity. Note that 4 stars of heat really is 4 stars. Yummy, but I stretched my leftover soup twice as far by adding broth and it was still plenty spicy for me. Great dining atmosphere, perfect to catch up with good friends over delicious food.
