Bitterroot BBQ

One can work up an appetite shopping at the Market so a quick take out order at Bitterroot BBQ as was leaving was a pleasant surprise to bring back for my husband and I to share after his ride!

Bitterroot is ALWAYS fantastic and worth a wait. I like to sit in the bar. Happy hour is fantastic, but regular menu has more variety. Huge liquor selection, and house made sauces to compliment any of your bbq desires. My cousins both got the catfosh sandwich and were beyond pleased. I always get the brisket and I have never been disappointed.

My brisket was excellent, the black eyed peas were well flavored. The cornbread was a bit dry but good. My wife's Mac and cheese was not hot, but tasty. Probably should have sent it back.

Very friendly staff. Quite the assembly line pumping out the orders. Nice ambiance. The brisket was incredible. Great smoke, great bark, super tender. The ribs were very good but a little chewy, not as tender.

Amazing barbecue. I’ve been here a handful of times and never been disappointed. The pulled pork is amazing. The Mac and cheese is a great option and you can add two things to it (including the incredible pulled pork). In addition to great decor and food you can get great cocktails as well.
