Sabrina is a fantastic bartender. She really knows her stuff when it comes to whiskey/Scotch. Her Manhattan is wonderful and so is the Cold Fashioned (yes cold, not old), the latter of which tastes like Christmas in bourbon form.
The food that I've had has also been amazing. The barbecue burger slider is delicious, as are the truffle fries and Buffalo deviled eggs! Love this place!
The happy hour wings and pulled pork were good, but the pork ribs were great. I enjoyed the vinegar slaw, and the garlic mashed potatoes were excellent. The service was attentive, friendly, and speedy. It was lively, but not too crowded or noisy, for a regular dinner hour.
I lived in the midwest a few years before moving to Seattle and the one thing I knew I was going to miss was the BBQ. Cask & Trotter has filled that void with flying colors. While their brisket and pastrami are exceptional, any BBQ connoisseur knows it's just as much about the sides as the meats. Their cold slaw, mac n cheese, cornbread are all top of the game. I cook a lot at home; I don't eat out often. But when I do, I usually come here.
Wow! Amazing food. Tried the chicken wings, pastrami, brisket and Brussels sprouts. Everything was incredible. Service was great. Sabrina the bartender is sweet and smoking hot! Great place
Food was great. But they have to figure some things out. It took a long time to get someone to wait on us. So when they finally did, we decided to order everything. We got our entrees 5 minutes later, no drinks yet. Then we got our salad. Then we got our drinks. Gotta work on timing. Food was real good though. Drinks too.
