Delfino's Chicago Style Pizza

Had my first deep-dish pizza experience here! The place is very nice and loved the pizza options they have. We took garlic bread with cheese for starters which was okayish and then took a medium deep dish pizza with pesto in half and traditional vegetarian in the other half.
The pesto vegetarian pizza is very good! Would recommend this place to try deep dish pizzas!

We were starving and the "other" pizza place in the vicinity had NO parking. But I still want to try it someday.
My brother recommended Delfino's as he'd been there a few times when in town.
Skeptical of my own brothers opinion or taste in pizza, we tried it.
We ordered a salad for the three of us and a medium deep dish Delfino's Chopped house special.
The Chopped salad was good, lots of ingredients and fresh. The pizza was pipping hot and gooey. Good amount of toppings/fillings in this case. I like the sauce, next time I'll ask for a side cup of it. I didn't think of it at the time I was so hungry.

I'll go again when in town. Check them out.

We just ate here... the food is really great but service is even better! Our waitress was so nice and another waiter, Gary even ran out into the rain with our sons hat cus we accidentally left it. Would highly recommend this place. Thank you for a great experience!

Pizza is the ultimate comfort food. However, Delfino's Chicago Style Pizza is comfort food, wrapped in a blanket of cheese, and served on a warm plate! There is nothing lacking; savory sauce, yummy cheese, delectable crust, all served with a hint of Midwest charm. Whatever your choice of toppings, your pallet will certainly be satisfied. Be sure to dine with friends, for there will be plenty to go around!

Due to an iPhone mishap and need to wait for the Apple Bar, we found ourselves stranded at U-Village, one of our least favorite locations in Seattle. Fortunately we stumbled upon Delfino's, which had been recommended by a colleague. We ordered a medium sized version of the deepest pizza, which, combined with a salad and an app was enough food for the two of us for the next two days.
It took a long time, maybe 45 minutes, though the menu and the server disclosed that the deep dish pizza would take time. In the meantime, we enjoyed attentive refills of our beverages and a tastefully curated classic rock playlist. We had time though, and the pizza was great! Deep, uniformly cooked throughout, not a chilly bite. Crust was good as well.
We talked about the relationship between this restaurant and pizza we'd had in Chicago - we decided that Chicago pizza was definitely better, but this is a decent substitute and more importantly a treasure and an oasis in the spiritual desert that is U-Village.
Would we come back? It's tough. On one hand the pizza was great and this would be a great place to come with our parents or other out of town relatives, on the other - there's everything else to deal with: the parking, the crowds, etc.
