Great mole burrito. Weekend has different menu. Support this delicious, immigrant-owned business next time you want some tacos.

I had a roasted pork sandwich from their "Sunday menu" which was very, very good. Marinated pork, big caramelized onions, and a jalapeno aioli. Delicious. I think I like this roast pork sandwich better than El Paseo / In Bien, and that's saying a lot.

On a weekday, I got a plate of tacos: 1 each of pork, mole, chicken, carne asada, and fish. They were all tasty, although the mole and pork really stood out.

Tried the weekend breakfast burrito and it wasn't as flavorful as some of their other options. Roast pork sandwich is still the best thing I've had there.

    Minor criticisms:
    1) It's unclear what you can actually get on the Sunday menu, and they didn't have most of the items listed.
    2) No guacamole.

Wow! Just wow! The truck is bright and hard to miss and the portions price and flavor are leaps and bounds better than Tacos Chukís that's right across the street.

Unlike Chukís the staff here is remarkably warm fun and friendly!

I remember one evening I had ordered a burrito. It was toward closing so its not uncommon for them to run low on certain ingredients. The person helping me told me they were low on rice and they were so apologetic. They made sure it wasn't a wimpy burrito though... BY FILLING IT WITH AS MUCH MEAT AS THEY COULD!

This burrito was heavenly, and even though I'm a good eater I had to save half of it for later!

Their nachos are also really tasty and any of their filling choices are super savory - you really can't go wrong. They have an outdoor seating area right between the truck Ann's the glass shop. It's great to munch there especially on warm sunny days when you want to stay outside as much as possible.

Now if only they served alcoholic beverages they'd be set!
