Came in here when visiting on a rainy night. The wood fired pizzas here are in point and the service was great. They have a good sized parking lot and a patio for when it is warmer.
The menu is eclectic Super good. The owners cook and wait as well. Prices are reasonable and well worth it.
I'm not going to dock any stars but it needs to be said: what is with the kitsch paintings on the outside of the building? It contrasts with the entire aesthetic of the rest of the building and QA/Seattle itself. Surely, if you are going the route of exterior street art there are better artists to get imagery from (just take a ride on the light rail and look at the dozens of amazing murals in SODO). Every time I drive by this place I wonder- why?
Evviva is art in motion. I ordered a pie to go but stood and watched my dough tossed, and dressed on the beautiful marble countertop and placed into the woodfired oven. Truly a sight to behold. And what a difference it makes cooking pizza in a woodfired oven. I don't think I go back to pizza out of a regular oven again. Who am I kidding? If it's good I'll eat it. But I'll be comparing it to the Evviva experience from now on.
Had a pretty solid pizza for lunch. I would come back here for sure. They also have a nice deck for the summer days but are only open on Fridays for lunch. Friendly staff too. The price of a 16" pizza seemed a tad steep but it was definitely a good quality item.
