The food is pretty basic, but still good. The one thing that I thought was really good is the deep fried ice cream. Cheap spot for a lunch buffet and good spot for summer open air seating.
Food was decent, we had enchaladas. But tortilla chips were not very good, and the overall atmosphere was outdated or something. Also menu was too big or something.
The staff are super friendly but the food quality, at least in a basic cheese enchilada meal for $15, definitely lacks.
It's a bit greasy and the shells are bland. It's a huge portion which is swell but it's just cheese upon cheese (same inside and outside) just thrown on the plate. The presentation is so so and it's just the same darn cheese. I found one pepper, no onions, and just blah.
Not worth the money.
I was pleasantly surprised. The best Mexican food I've had in Seattle by far, maybe even the best north of the border. The El Paso enchiladas were cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. Not what I was expecting from a little hole in the wall. This place definitely needs to learn how to advertise better. Can't wait to try their lunch buffet.
