    Everyone needs to go here now. Right now! Seriously spectacular inspirations crafted from fresh food sources within 360 miles by and with so much love! Prepared and carefully thought out from some of the most compassionate chefs in Seattle. 7 COURSE VEGAN EXPERIENCE! Meticulously curated courses that challenged flavors and combinations of local seasonal farm sourced food.

    If you were to ask me what my favorite course was, I couldn't answer. And guess what? The menu changes based on what's available. Mushroom mousse with a blueberry compote to spread on a fresh slice of Foccacia, mildy tart plums with light and crispy meringue, butter baby squash with black lentils, tomato soup, cucumber with kale chip, peaches and granola and a theo chocolate cake. We also got the wine pairing and the selection added more depth to each course. This place is priceless and impressive and is now my top favorite experience in Seattle. Dont take my words for it. Go and support and see for yourself.

    Excellent new concept housed in the back of Local 360. Local Vegan offers a tasting menu with rotating selections based on what is local and in season
