Great, filling portions and fast service. Stopped by on a whim one day and do not regret it! Very organized and streamlined operation.

Hard and fast rule of good barbecue is that the sauce should be a nice addition if desired, but ultimately the meat should be the star of the show. I found my two sandwiches (brisket and spicy sausage) to be palatable but overall I was not wowed by this experience. Bbq, especially Texas BBQ, is my favorite food and even though this establishment claims it’s roots are from Texas, sadly it misses the mark.

This is a very high quality BBQ in Seattle. When my son was in college in Houston we tried to go to all bbq restaurants there and I crave it here. Try the horsey beef it’s amazing. Really you won’t be dissatisfied with any menu items. Service is great as well

Best BBQ on the planet! The sauce is top notch. My choice is always sliced beef medium. The hot is over the top. Get it by the pound to go also. A definite must go if your in the area. Only open for lunch, so get there early. Crazy long lines when the weather is good, but they are efficient and you won't wait long.

This place is good! The Medium is other places Hot. They will ask you are you sure? Or have you had the medium before? If you're pretty tolerable to hot food then medium will be no big deal for you. I thought it was annoying everytime I went and they asked but fact is they don't want you to not enjoy your food so they want to make sure you know it's fairly hot. I think the medium is closer to what a true medium should be. You can also spike it, which is adding a hot link sliced in half on the sandwich. Good way to taste the hot. This is all in reference to the sandwiches. They have other things like weekday specials (closed weekends) such as burritos on Monday. You gotta try this place!
