pho than brothers

Had 16 people just stand up to pay as we walked in. They handled it very quickly, paying attention to customers walking in, only waited 3 minutes to be seated, cashed everybody out all in less than ten minutes our soup showed up! It was AMAZING. Very nice, clean, and great service.

The food is delicious, which absolutely earns the restaurant its 5 starts, despite areas for improvement with the service.

Our waiter was fine, but couldn't really explain the differences between the different meat types for the phở. But the speed of service was almost unbelievable: We probably got our food within 5 minutes of ordering. Afterward, we got no attention at all, so no refills on water, for instance.

We paid at the host stand area, but even though they used a Square PoS terminal, there was no contactless payment, and their receipt printer was broken. After a bit of fussing, we got the Square terminal to email a receipt, since the default charging flow didn't offer that option. (It turned out later that it emailed by default, too, which I inferred from the duplicate receipt email in my inbox.)

The atmosphere was lively, but not too crowded. There were some rambunctious young children, which might bother some people, but I found it perfectly alright.

Despite some of its modest shortcomings, it remains one of my favorite Seattle restaurants.

Great location for pho. Fair price, very good and fast service and very clean restaurant.

After walking past this place countless times,I finally tried it. We liked it a lot! The pho came in various serving sizes, we ordered the medium and it was plenty. I ordered the vegetable pho and the chicken. Both were very good - the broth was flavorful, the noodles were cooked well, and the service was fine. We'll be back!

I love this place! Living in Ballard, it’s probably your best option for pho. Only giving it four stars because it can be hard to order/likely to get your order wrong, so always double check (especially when grabbing takeout)
