I used to work at Wallingford Dental right next door and ate here all the time. Now I've had a chance to sample the Ramen houses in Las Vegas I can say, Ramen Man is one of the best in Seattle but is a notch lower than the Ramen in Vegas. The biggest difference I can taste is the broth. At Ramen Man it's a simple and straight forward Miso type savory broth. At the better places in Vegas the broth has multiple layers you can taste. There will be hints of sweetness and savory, the flavors changing as you delve into each bite.
Amazing service and really delicious ramen. What else can you ask for? I highly recommend it
Probably the best ramen house in the suburbs. Staff is so friendly and food is authentic. Small restaurant, quaint seating. Would recommend to anyone in the area.
The Paitan Garlic Shoyu Ramen was too salty. I thought it was just okay overall.
Unlimited soft boiled eggs is a nice bonus.
The Mini Sukiyaki Don is actually pretty decent.
The restaurant itself is pretty small and old. Service is good.
Pretty good and the price is right. Seating is limited but I think it makes for better service that way. It's not good for a large group but if you are grabbing a bite by yourself I recomemd it. Get your Ramen, eat it and leave no hanging around taking up space. They also give you eggs for free!
