    Best place to eat in town. Lived here since 2006 and haven't found anything better yet. Alot of other establishments can learn from this place.

    The food is superb and the servers are wonderful about dealing with food allergies. The seasonal sorbet is amazing. The ambiance is also wonderful. The restaurant is set up in such a way that it is easy to converse even when the restaurant is full. Would definitely highly recommend.

    Great variety on the menu. Everything we tried was delicious and the staff was very pleasant. Will definitely visit again when in the neighborhood.

    April is our favorite server. Three of us came for dinner and got 5 main dishes (we were all very hungry!) and she brought them out at exactly the right time with beautiful presentation. The food was all amazingly delicious - Half chicken, two kinds of ravioli, lamb burger, pork chop. Then we topped it off with two desserts. And a couple of cocktails of course. We live way out in Woodinville, but it is absolutely worth the drive to go to Saltoro, especially when April is working!!
