    Grilled onions on your teriyaki make it my favorite in Seattle. My favorite anywhere, actually. The beef also has the perfect shreddy texture that I look for. Not cubed or chewy like other spots. The decor inside is lacking, the wait time is longer than normal (~15min), and the staff isn't bubbly, but I don't care about any of that. It tastes amazing. Place your order, go across the street to Chuck's to wait with a beer, pick up your order, then go eat it at Chuck's with a second beer.
