I've been eating here for the last 22 years. The place is family-run and they've always treated me like family. The staff call their costumers "brother" or "sister" and provide excellent, efficient and friendly service. The menu is large and the price is normal for Seattle. You can get a banh mi sandwich for about $4, or order from a wide range of appetizers, pho, rice dishes and noddle bowl options. The 36a. super vermicelli noddle bowl (with charbroiled pork, chicken, egg roll, prawns and sugar cane) costs about $11. They take pick-up orders by phone (I always order sandwiches to-go). They also serve alcohol, various coffees, sodas, juices, deserts, etc.... Highly recommended.
Came in on a Sunday afternoon. For two we ordered and shared a large #12 pho which had a good amount of sliced beef and meatballs. Broth was flavorful and not too sweet in my opinion. We also ordered the combo sandwich bread was a bit puffy and had egg rolls which were really crispy and had a good taste.
Overall I would come back again, they constantly refilled my water and were attentive in their service.
I came here for lunch and this was everything I wanted in a Vietnamese restaurant. I had vermicelli (bun) with charbroiled pork and an egg roll and it was incredible. I also got an iced Vietnamese coffee that made my whole day better. The server was super kind too!
A great place to have a quick lunch. I tried the chicken and vegetarian pho options and loved both. Highly recommended!
Love this place! It’s small and family owned. The food is out of this world and so affordable! The staff is always so nice and friendly and the food has a certain home-cooked feel to it that makes it feel comforting.
