Been to Tiffany's Caribbean Eatery couple days ago and my experience was awesome. I had the Jerk chicken with rice n peas, Coleslaw and plantains. Man it was 😋🤤. Spicy but worth the money. The staff is friendly and fun to be around especially "Bubbles". I also met chef Nicole who is the master behind the amazing dishes. If you haven't been there yet to try their many Caribbean dishes you should. I'm definitely going back for more. Wonderful hospitality and awesome customer service.

I and two friends stumbled on this restaurant while looking for lunch in Columbia City. What a serendipitous discovery! We ordered the baked chicken served with rice and peas, and coleslaw. It was all fantastic! The chicken was baked to perfection- tender, moist, and deliciously flavored. The meat easily separated from the bones allowing for savoring every every morsel. Like the chicken, the rice was cooked to perfection to my taste-fully cooked but solid and moist; and lightly spiced to make it very flavorful. I ordered the rice with peas. They were black eyed peas sprinkled throughout the rice, providing extra flavor and contrast. The dish came with coleslaw as well. The coleslaw was very fresh, without a mayonnaise dressing, and lightly spiced that provided a slight tangy bite to the cabbage. It was delicious. I was so impressed with the quality of food, the friendly staff, and the physical space of the restaurant I asked if the Seattle Times knew about their restaurant. Apparently not, so I am going to contact them to encourage them to try it and review it. If you like Caribbean food, or haven’t yet tried it, give yourself a treat.

Amazing food, and the daily deal was almost impossibly good as deal for the amount and quality of the food. Very well seasoned, well-made, and extremely delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My partner and I split the jerk chicken, brown stew chicken, rice and peas, slaw, and plantains. Best was the jerk chicken, but all very good. Will definitely be coming back for more in the future!
