The cut is almost standard for sweet potatoes, but there is some effort into gaining the same fluffy shape as in the regular fries. Alas, while they fall apart just as easily with a satisfying semi-crispiness, there is no fluff to be found inside. Just soft and healthy yam material. The taste is pretty decent, lying in the agreeable midpoint of the sweetness spectrum, but the seasoning is too light to taste much besides the natural flavor. And sadly, at the bottom of this bucket are some sorry soggy spuds who sacrificed themselves to the steaming sweet potatoes at the top.

This place is a gem! Food is a little pricey, but worth every penny. Wait staff if very friendly. Ideal for a relaxed evening though. You wont be dissapointed.

Wataru is amazing. We do the sushi bar, reservations and $100 deposit are needed but absolutely worth it. Served fish from different areas , they explain everything and cut it up for you. It can definitely be pricey, but some of the best sushi I've had. When we visit from California we always stop here

Fish quality is easily the best in Seattle, it's like they're different species from other places. Chef's personal relationships with global fishmongers are on display at omakase (the service you get with a counter reservation, about $200 and two hours), as are his deft kitchen skills, which make for an extraordinary display when watched up close. I don't recommend that you go frequently unless you're both well-heeled and a sushi maniac, but it's great to do once. Reservations fill up as soon as they open, but cancellations are common since most people book months in advance, so call to check.

The food is incredibly fresh and delicious! The service is fantastic as well. Definitely one of my best sushi experiences. I recommend you make reservations for this place.
    I can't wait to go back :)
