    As a new mom who is nursing and rarely has a spare moment, I am so grateful for What's Cooking Seattle. Chef Joe cooks delicious food with the freshest ingredients. Each meal looks delectable on a plate and feels refreshing in the body.

    Joe's attention to detail is excellent! Joe does a fantastic job educating on the flavors, ingrediants and culture of the food and he makes wonderful meals consistently! Highly recomend!

    Amazing food - truly unique paella dishes as we compared the 2 recipes. Fun, casual setting with retro shows to watch. Memorable evening with a good friends and talented pro-chefs!
