I’ve come here 7 times in 7 weeks. Xi’an hand pulled noodles comfort me time and time again. When I don’t know what to eat, I end up here. Their tingly beef noodles w/o soup and their stewed pork noodles w/o soup are my two favorites! Highly recommend this place :)
Since I moved to Seattle, I've been on the search for authentic Chinese noodles. This place does not disappoint. It is unassuming yet delivers with a punch! The flavors are heavenly! The hand-made noodles have the perfect texture. I broke my low-carb diet for this place and went twice in one week!
The noodles were absolutely amazing; the texture was awesome with the right amount of chewiness. Whatever sauce they used was absolutely amazing and paired extremely well with the noodles. Prepared to be amazed. I got here right before the line got extremely long. Excellent service.
I came here with my family after reading a lot of reviews online about these famous hand pulled noodles. We ordered the spicy cumin lamb noodles, lamb dumplings, and cucumber garlic salad. The food was so delicious. The noodles were cooked to perfection and the spice level was just perfect. For the price you are paying , the portion is phenomenal. The cucumber garlic salad was fresh and had a nice flair to it. The staff was extremely friendly. I can’t wait to come back
I came here for dinner on a Wednesday. Not too busy, and service was quick and friendly. I ordered the spicy lamb noodle soup. It was delicious, cheap and voluminous. Flavor like this could fetch a much higher price, and perhaps should.
Eat here, tip well.
