I liked the variety of regional food offered but what dining nuance can you expect of a mall based cafeteria? I'd honestly give a 3.5 if it were possible... yet I appreciate how well it represents turo-turo (point-point) cuisine...
If it's a dish you've never tried before, just ask what's in it & cross check the 6 major taste profiles: umami sweet sour salty spicy bitter. Most will be a potent mix which should be served, partnered, and savored with a spoonful of steamed rice.

Cashier was nice. But the workers on the floor were not to helpful. I asked to locate some items and got a snub. Finally one worker just pointed and said ober der !

Lots of Pinoy foods... You feel like you're in Manila!!

There was so much to choose from! We tried several different grilled items. One if which was the pork belly. The customer in front of us told us we should try it with vinegar. We dipped it in the black vinegar that was there. It was so juicy and succulent! The grilled flavor really came out but didn't over whelm the porky goodness. The vinegar gave it a zing and cut through the fattiness. My mouth is still watering even now. Can't wait to go back!
