Ask for the spice tray! Initially, the two spicy dishes that I ordered were very bland and disappointing until I added jalapenos, Thai bird chilies, fresh chili sauce, & dried chilies. The quality of the food preparation was good. Service could have been better.

Wow! Seriously this place is great. Fantastic and friendly service. What a cocktail selection! And the food! Exceptional.

I ate here in May 2019. I just told my husband that it might have been the best restaurant meal I’ve ever eaten. Thought I should share.

My dietary restrictions normally make Thai food impossible, but the chef here was willing to concoct a meal that was both authentically Thai and perfectly compatible with my wonky condition. My friend's Phad See Ew smelled delicious too! The interior is elegantly decorated in classic styles of the region, despite the distinctively American name of the restaurant. The only discouraging point is that it's so tough to get a reservation.

When in Vashon Island, do visit May restaurant. The green curry, shrimp appetizer, veg spring rolls, pad Thai, the dishes were good , service was excellent. Make sure you reserve your table on open table, else it’s going to be hours of wait time.
