Vivi Pizzeria

I want to give this place 5 stars because the food is so good and so reasonably priced. But I've had one or two frustrating experiences with reservations there. Once, making a reservation online and getting to the restaurant only to be told they had no record that it was ever made, even though we had gotten a confirmation email. And another time having a reservating and having to wait 30 minutes after the reservation time to be seated. Those two incidents aside, the food is consistently delicious, always a good price, and the environment is pleasant. It is one of our regular stops.

I love this restaurant, the food is really good. My 3 stars review is because I made a reservation for 3 people at 7:04pm for a table at 7:30pm (because it was available this time on the Open Table) and when I arrived, they had no table reserved for me. I just got a table at 7:55pm. I just got disappointed with this as makes no sense they have the reservation option if they don’t reserve at all a spot.

The pizza never fails. It is Soo good! Crust is not too thick and the sauce is delicious. Then to top it off the service is usually great!! Enjoy!

It has great ambiance, but they need a sign saying parking available in rear! The service and staff were excellent...I had a beer while waiting for my pizza. I ordered a large and thus is the first place in Washington I've tried that has a real LARGE! Unfortunately, the bottom of the crust was burnt and the cheese on top was undercooked. I'm going to go back to give them a chance to prove my first impression of the pizza was wrong. And hopefully give them a 5 star rating!
