That atmosphere is lovely, loved meeting Rose and the drinks were good, although one for me was overwhelming sweet.

We really wanted to like this place, but the food was underwhelming. Even after reading the reviews, I didn't feel I had too high expectations, but I was not expecting what we got. Everything could of used more salt and I never say that. I'm fairly certain the parsnip fries didn't have any and every dish we had was sort of bland? I appreciate the vegetarian options, but they should really come with a lactose warning. The pot pie was somewhat soupy (lots of cream and lots of butter) and needed something extra; definitely salt, maybe potatoes?

All in all, go for a drink or two, bring a deck of cards, stay for the atmosphere, but get food somewhere else. Music was nice, lighting was chill.

Excellent food and friendly service. I especially liked how easy the menu was to navigate for vegetarians & vegans. Most of the Fall menu we dined on is either vegetarian, vegan, or "easily vegan". Wish I had a little spot like this near my home in KC!

An excellent meal served in a restaurant that has been designed with some care and thought.

We had the pasta and the pot pie and the pot pie was excellent.

The bartender also made a killer Manhattan.
