Pizza Factory

The previous two times before this most recent time that we have been here we have had bad service, inclusive of food running out of the buffet options and the employees disregarding a request to make more. So this most recent time we told the owner. He was very apologetic and professional, but it didn't stop there.
He was on top of it all. He made fresh bread sticks instantly that were so delicious. He made another pizza just so that we would have a fresh one. He was super awesome.
The employees on staff that night were great as well.

The food here is delicious and I highly recommend the breadsticks. They also have a salad bar. The restaurant itself was clean and welcoming. Wide open design so you don't feel like you're sitting next to Everyone when you eat; you have some room to breathe. Also here is an arcade area and two TVs in different corners.

All in all I love this place, you can't go wrong eating here.

Our family chose the Kingston Pizza Factory for a birthday gathering. We had fabulous food and fun. The staff went over and above on accommodating our large group. Thank you!

Friendly staff and amazing pizza. You can get a whole pizza or a slice. The slices are huge and toppings can be added. Highly recommend.

All you can eat salad bar and pizza slice selection was good ????
